Thanks for the heads up from a couple of our readers – we’ve been advised that the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Agent Website (IHGAgent.com) is not showing agent rates.
However, we’ve been advised this is only a short term problem due to website & system updates, and they are hoping to have this resolved shortly.
If you need to check availability or book urgently, then their lovely staff can do that for you on 0800 02 85 880 and they can check availability and book rooms for you there and then.
Do have your IATA number handy in advance. We’ll try and let you know as soon as this glitch has been fixed!
It all seems to be working fine again now, with Travel Industry Discount Rate showing available again, to select (as of 3rd Jan 2020)
